The publication of the new VOP does not change the terms of the already concluded contract. 2.4. Individually agreed provisions of the Treaty and its Annexes have a priority over these VOPs. Consumer contracts shall not limit the rights granted to the consumer by law. 2.5. Legal relations are governed by the legal order of the Republic of Slovakia, in particular by the Civil Code, Law No. 108/2024 Z. z. on Consumer Protection, Law on Electronic Commerce and other relevant regulations. On business relations between entrepreneurs, the Commercial Code applies to the extent laid down by law. 2.6. The rules concerning the individual types of performance shall be applied according to the actual content of the contract. The name of the order as “work agreement”, “building” or “production on order” does not change its legal regime. 2.7. These VOPs apply to contracts concluded with BossMedia s.r.o. Their publication itself does not change the supplier in the contracts that the customer has concluded with another company. **3. Defining the basic concepts** 3.1. **Customer** is the person who orders or purchases the goods, works or services of the supplier. 3.2. Consumer is a natural person who does not act in the context of his business or profession when concluding and fulfilling the contract. 3.3. **Business Customer** is the customer who concludes a contract in connection with his business activity. The identification by a natural person does not exclude the assessment of the actual purpose of the purchase. 3.4. **Commodity** includes, in particular, moving building panels, parts, buildings, materials, accessories and tools. It can also be goods that are to be manufactured only after ordering. 3.5. **Made Products** is a product made according to the individual specifications of the customer, in which the legal conditions of custom production are met. 3.6. **work** is the agreed outcome of the supplier’s activity, in particular the construction, the installation of the construction or the performance of the construction works. 3.7. Technical specification is a set of agreed data on the item of supply, in particular its dimensions, materials, compositions, characteristics, scope of completion and related work. 3.8. The durable medium is a means that enables the storage and later reproduction of information in unchanged form, such as e-mail or PDF document. **4. product information and supply scope** 4.1. The supplier indicates their essential characteristics and available variants. For individual implementations, the exact scope will be agreed in the price offer, technical specification and contract. 4.2. Visualizations may also display equipment, decorations, terrain adjustments or equipment that are not part of a specific offer. Such elements must be clearly distinguished from the subject of supply. The image label for illustrative does not authorize the supplier to deliver the product with different agreed properties. 4.3. The labels such as “building”, “thick building”, “cold” or “key house” shall always be interpreted together with a specific list of supplies and works that the customer receives before the conclusion of the contract. 4.4. When offering a house or building, it must be clear in particular whether the price includes: (a) the project documentation and its adaptation of the land; b) authorisation and administrative acts; c) landwork and the foundations; d) the wear structure and the circuit coat; e) the roof, windows and doors; (f) isolation and surface adjustment; g) electrical installation, water, sanitation, heating and ventilation; (h) transportation, discharge, germ and assembly; (i) revisions, tests and documentation to be submitted; (j) kitchen line, furniture and other equipment. 4.5. The exclusion of a particular item from the price must be notified to the customer before the conclusion of the contract. It shall not be in conflict with the explicitly promised supply scope. 4.6. Data on energy efficiency, resilience, fire resistance or other technical characteristics shall apply to the specific certified composition and the conditions set out in the relevant documentation. **5. demand, consultation and price offer** 5.1. The contact form, the request for a price offer or the initial consultation constitute a non-binding request, unless it is clearly stated before sending it that the customer orders the paid performance. 5.2. The Customer shall provide the information necessary for the preparation of the offer, in particular the required dimensions, the purpose of use, the place of delivery or implementation and known technical limitations. 5.3. Payed focusing, design, viewing or other preparation service shall be carried out only after the previous agreement on their scope and price. 5.4 The price offer contains the period of validity or the method of determining its validity. After the expiry of this period, the supplier may submit an updated offer. 5.5. The indicative calculation shall be marked as indicative and shall indicate the assumptions on which it is based. It is not possible to confuse it with the fixed price of the already concluded contract. **6 Closing the contract through the e-shop** 6.1. Before sending the order, the customer will check the selected products, quantity, variants, contact details, delivery method and total price. The order process will allow him to correct the wrong data. 6.2. If the sending of an order causes a payment obligation, the final button must express this fact in a clear way, for example, with the label “Payment obligation order”. 6.3. The order sent is a proposal of the customer to conclude the contract. The contract occurs by the delivery of an explicit confirmation of receipt of the order by the supplier, if the order process before sending it clearly does not specify the other moment of conclusion of the contract. 6.4. The automatic message confirming the technical acceptance of the order is not its binding acceptance, unless it is explicitly stated that the order is still subject to confirmation. 6.5. The confirmation of the contract includes the agreed item, price, method of payment and delivery and other substantial conditions. The customer will also receive the relevant text of the VOP and mandatory instructions on the sustainable media. 6.6. If the supplier proposes a change in the price, material, quantity or other substantial condition, it is a new proposal that requires acceptance by the customer. Silence is not considered a consent. 6.7. If the supplier does not receive the order, he will return the already received payment without unnecessary delay, not later than 14 days from the notification does not receive. 6.8. The agreements shall be concluded in the Slovak language unless the parties agree otherwise. The customer can save or print the VOP. A copy of its contractual documentation can be requested at [info@grizzoni.sk] (mailto:info@grizzoni.sk). **7 Individual orders and works contracts** 7.1 In the construction of a house or other larger building, an individual written contract for the work is concluded. 7.2. The Treaty or its Annexes shall specify in particular: a) the location of the construction and the identification of the building; (b) the scope of work and material supplies; (c) documentation and technical requirements; (d) the price and the rules of its possible changes; (e) the payment stages and their scope; (f) the conditions of start and the dates of each stage; (c) the obligations in the preparation of the building; h) the method of control and delivery; (i) any special guarantees or guarantees of liabilities. 7.3. Deposit is the acceptance of the offer only if the customer has been clearly informed in advance that he accepts the specific proposal of the contract in this way, and all its substantial conditions have been made available to him. 7.4 The exhibition of the deposit invoice itself does not create a contract without the corresponding agreement of the parties. 7.5.The supplier may engage subcontractors. The liability for the agreed performance does not disappear to the customer. **8. Ceny a zmeny rozsahu** 8.1. The prices determined by the consumer shall be indicated in euros including VAT. If the VAT-free price is displayed in addition, the final price, including VAT, must remain clear. 8.2. The costs of transport, discharge, assembly or other services must be notified before the conclusion of the contract. If they cannot be sufficiently calculated in advance, the customer will receive the method of their calculation and information about the possible additional costs. 8.3. The price of the product, which can be directly bindingly ordered, can not be generally marked only for a non-binding indicative price. 8.4 The firmly agreed price is not increased by the supplier unilaterally due to the increase in the price of material, work or transport. 8.5. Changes to the project, additional work and extension of the supply shall be agreed in writing before the implementation, including price and effect on the date. Customer cannot be charged unordered work only because the supplier has done them. 8.6. For the price determined by the budget or estimates, the rules of the relevant legal system shall apply. The supplier will inform the customer in time of the circumstances that may lead to the excess of the price, and will specify the specific scope and reasons. 8.7. Replacement of the agreed material or product by another solution requires the consent of the customer if it interferes with the agreed characteristics, appearance, quality, maintenance or price. 8.8. In the event of an error in the price, the supplier will contact the customer immediately. The error itself does not establish the unlimited right of the supplier to cancel the already validly concluded contract. **9 Payment Conditions and Deposit** 9.1 The Customer may use the payment methods made available at the order or agreed in the contract, in particular bank transfer or available online payment. 9.2. The amount of the deposit, the payment stages and their deadline shall be agreed before the conclusion of the contract. At the stage payment, it must be clear to which performance or mileage the individual payment is bound. 9.3. the deposit invoice is an invitation to pay the agreed deposit. Tax and accounting documents the supplier shall issue according to the relevant regulations. 9.4. The deposit is calculated at the agreed price. Its designation as a backup itself does not mean that it automatically falls to the supplier when the contract is terminated. 9.5. If the start of production or assembly is bound to the payment of a backup, this condition must be specified in advance in the order or contract. 9.6. When the payment is delayed, the supplier will notify the customer and provide him with an appropriate additional period. Under legal or validly agreed conditions, he may reasonably suspend the subsequent work or withdraw from the contract. 9.7 The suspension of works must respect the safety of the dismantled work and the obligation to prevent damage. 9.8. The supplier may require a legal interest from the delay. Contract penalty shall only be applied on the basis of a valid agreement; it shall not be unacceptable or disproportionate to the consumer. 9.9 This Article does not affect the legal right of the Customer to retain the payment or part of it in the event of defective or unfulfilled fulfilment. **10 Promotional Offers and Production Date Reservation** 10.1. Special offers, quantitative discounts, advance payments or future production reservations shall be governed by the conditions notified before their receipt. 10.2. The terms and conditions must specify the total price, the amount of the delivery, the date or method of determining the delivery date, the scope of the delivery and the rules of the possible refund of payments. 10.3. If the payment is presented as a refund, the terms of its return must correspond to this presentation. It shall not be further unilaterally changed to a non-refundable fee. 10.4 The reservation of the production capacity does not authorize the supplier to postpone the performance without time limit. 10.5. If the paid preparation service is specially ordered, it must be separated from the product or building deposit and must have a specific scope and price. **11 Delivery and implementation dates** 11.1. The binding date of delivery or implementation is indicated in the confirmed order or contract. 11.2. In the case of consumer purchase, the supplier will deliver the goods without unnecessary delay, not later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed on another date. 11.3. The longer production period for panels, buildings or contract production must be agreed before the conclusion of the contract. 11.4. If the deadline depends on the approval of the documentation, the payment of the agreed deposit or the preparation of the building, the contract shall determine these conditions and the way they will affect the beginning and duration of the implementation. 11.5.The supplier shall notify the threatening delay without unnecessary delay, explain the reason for it and specify the expected further procedure. 11.6. If the supplier does not deliver the performance in time, the customer may exercise the legal rights including the determination of an additional reasonable period and withdrawal. In cases where the law does not require an additional deadline, he may withdraw without it. 11.7. Changes in the schedule caused by the customer's requirements or obstacles on his part shall be recorded, including the proven impact on the date. 11.8. the order data in production or the expected date in the customer account does not change the binding contractual date itself. **12 Transport, discharge and takeover of goods** 12.1. The place of delivery and the scope of the shipping services will be agreed upon the order. For dimensional ships, it must be clear who ensures and pays the discharge, gries, manipulation and transfer to the place of assembly. 12.2.The customer will notify known access restrictions, in particular the width and tolerance of communication, height limitations, land inclination and entrance conditions. 12.3 The supplier shall provide in advance access and discharge requirements in accordance with the used technique. 12.4. Additional costs arising from non-compliance with the agreed conditions may only be claimed in a proven and legally justified scope. 12.5.When taken, it is recommended to check the number of packages and apparent damage. The detected damage is advisable to register with the carrier and document. 12.6.Not writing a reservation to the shipping document or not finding a hidden defect at the time of the acquisition do not remove the consumer's legal rights. 12.7. When delivered to the consumer, the danger of accidental damage of the goods passes essentially by taking it over by the consumer or by a person other than the carrier. A special regime may be applied to the carrier, which the consumer has ordered himself outside the options offered by the supplier. 12.8 The division of the order to multiple shipping may not lead to additional fees without the consent of the customer. **13 Preparation of the land and co-operation of the customer** 13.1. The division of obligations in the provision of documentation, permits, bases, accessories and preparation of the building shall be determined by the contract. 13.2. If the customer provides them in accordance with the contract, he is obliged to ensure in accordance with the agreed time, in particular: (a) the authorization to carry out work on the relevant land; b) the necessary permissions and documentation; (c) access and space for the agreed technique; (d) prepared bases according to the assigned requirements; (e) the availability of agreed media and work space; (f) information on the management of engineering networks and known risks. 13.3. The supplier shall provide the technical requirements for preparation in sufficient advance. The Customer shall not be liable for the defect that arises as a result of the supplier's incorrect documents. 13.4.The supplier shall, during the professional inspection, notice the detectable inappropriation of the underlying, documentation, material or instructions of the customer. 13.5. If the continuation would threaten safety or proper construction, the supplier shall interrupt the work concerned and propose a correction. The customer is familiar with the impact on the price and date. 13.6. The obligations of the customer do not replace the professional and legal obligations of the manufacturer, designer, building manager or other responsible person. **14 Manufacturing, assembly and control of the work** 14.1. The supplier shall perform the agreed work professionally, in accordance with the contract, documentation and binding technical requirements. 14.2. The Customer approves individual dimensions, dispositions, holes and other variants to the extent in which the contract requires his decision. The approval by the customer does not exempt the supplier from the responsibility for the professional accuracy of his own proposal. 14.3. The customer can properly control the course of implementation. The entrance to the production or to the building shall be agreed with regard to the safety and organization of the works. 14.4.When agreed checks covered structures, the supplier will ask the customer to check in time. 14.5. The instructions that change the item, price or date must be confirmed by the person entitled to act for the relevant Contracting Party. 14.6.The supplier ensures the protection of the dispersed parts within the scope of its performance. The protection of the already delivered stages is recorded when they are delivered. **15. Odovzdanie a prevzatie diela** 15.1 The supplier will notify the completion and propose the delivery date. 15.2. A protocol shall be drawn up on the delivery of the building or of a larger work containing, in particular, the scope of performance, the date of delivery, the documents delivered, the detected defects and the agreed periods of correction. 15.3. The customer has the opportunity to view the work and make reservations. The registration of the reservation the supplier will not refuse only because he does not agree with its reasoning; his opinion may be recorded specifically. 15.4. If defects or unfinished work prevent the proper and safe use of the agreed performance, the customer may refuse the takeover. 15.5.When taken with removable defects, their list and time of removal will be determined. Therefore, the customer does not give up any further legal claims. 15.6. The signature of the Protocol without reservations does not exclude the application of hidden defects or defects revealed later. 15.7. The absence of the customer within the proposed date does not mean automatic withdrawal without defects. The supplier proceeds in accordance with the contract and the legal rules of delay with the acquisition. 15.8 The delivery includes instructions, product documents, agreed revisions, tests and other documents required in view of the scope of the performance. 15.9 The delivery of the work to the supplier does not replace the public conditions necessary for the use of the building. **16 Construction and self-help assembly** 16.1.With the delivery of the building without the assembly, the contract subject is the range of parts, accessories and documentation specified in the order. 16.2. The supplier shall provide the information necessary for safe storage and use. If the product is intended for assembly by the customer, it will also provide appropriate assembly instructions. 16.3. The Customer shall ensure the professional performance of activities that require the appropriate qualification, authorization or supervision. 16.4. Without verification of suitableness, the carrier elements, the placement of the holes, the coating or compositions affecting the safety and functionality of the building shall not be arbitrarily changed. 16.5.The customer shall ensure storage in accordance with the instructions provided, in particular protection against inappropriate moisture and deformation. 16.6. The Supplier shall not be liable for any damage provedly caused by incorrect assembly or storage on the side of the Customer. However, it remains responsible for the defects of the delivered goods and for the errors or insufficiency of the provided instructions. 16.7. General videos and guidelines do not replace individual project documentation, static assessment or mandatory professional management of the building. **17.The properties of wood and other materials** 17.1. Wood is a natural material whose appearance and dimensions may vary depending on the type, humidity and environment. 17.2. Colour differences, drawing, grapes, or adequate drying are not defects by themselves, unless they correspond to the agreed quality and do not limit the desired safety, duration, functionality or agreed appearance. 17.3. Destroy, deformation or netness shall not be deemed permissible only because the product contains wood. Decisive are its scope, cause and influence on the properties of performance. 17.4. Dimensional tolerance and admissible deviations must arise from the agreed documentation, the relevant requirements or characteristics of a specific product. The supplier cannot specify them in addition to justify the non-conformity. 17.5. The maintenance guidelines must indicate the necessary tapes, controls, ventilation and other measures. The non-conformity of maintenance is assessed according to its actual relationship with the advertised defect. **18 Application of the complaint** 18.1. The Customer may notify the defect in particular by e-mail at [info@grizzoni.sk] (mailto:info@grizzoni.sk) or in writing at the address of the supplier's headquarters. The consumer may also use other methods permitted by law. 18.2 For a quick assessment, it is appropriate to indicate: a) name or trade name and contact; (b) the order number, the contract or other information allowing the purchase to be identified; c) description of the defect and time of its detection; the required method of correction; (e) photographs or videos, if they can be adequately made. 18.3. The submission of photos, original packaging or specific form is not a general condition for receiving a complaint. The purchase can also be demonstrated in a credible way other than the original invoice. 18.4. The supplier shall provide a confirmation of the application of the complaint and information on the further procedure to the extent required by the applicable legal system. 18.5. The Customer will allow a reasonable review of the advertised product or construction. In the case of built-in or dimensional elements, the method of assessment shall be agreed in such a way that unnecessary costs and risks do not arise. 18.6. The Customer must not, at his own expense, dismantle the building or panel only for the purposes of the initial application of the complaint. 18.7. If the supplier refuses the complaint, he shall provide a written explanation. A general reference to usage, natural material or third-party intervention without assessing the cause of the defect is not sufficient. 18.8. In case of immediate danger, the customer shall take appropriate measures to protect health and property and shall inform the supplier immediately. If possible, document the original status. **19 Responsibility for defects of goods when selling to the consumer** 19.1. The supplier is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods with agreed and legal requirements, including incorrect installation, if it was performed or secured, or if the error arose as a result of insufficient instructions. 19.2. For the new goods, it is responsible for the defects existing during delivery, which will occur within two years from delivery. The legal rules will also apply to the proof of whether the defect existed already at the time of delivery. 19.3. The consumer shall notify the defect within two months of its discovery, not later than during the relevant legal liability period. 19.4. After the first removal of the defect by correction, the liability period shall be extended by 12 months. 19.5. The consumer may choose to replace or exchange. his choice is subject to legal limitations of impossibility or unproportionate costs. 19.6. Repair is made free of charge, in a reasonable time and without serious difficulties for the consumer. The deadline for removal of the defect shall not exceed 30 days, unless the supplier proves an objective reason that cannot affect. 19.7. Under legal conditions, the consumer may request a reasonable discount or withdraw from the contract, especially if the correction has not been made, the supplier has refused it, the defect is repeated or is sufficiently serious. For the neglected defect, the withdrawal does not belong. 19.8.The supplier also bears the cost of the law-defined collection, transport and necessary removal and reinstallation of the defective element. 19.9. A special commercial guarantee, if provided, complements the legal rights and does not limit them. 20 – Faults in construction, construction and services 20.1. When making the building according to the Civil Code, the supplier is responsible for the defects when taking and also for the defects revealed in the legal warranty time. 20.2. The warranty period for the construction is three years from the day when the customer had to take over the construction, if a special legal regulation is not applied or no longer warranty has been provided. 20.3. For repairs and adjustments, the regime of the relevant type of work shall be applied; for construction works in this regime, the legal warranty period shall be at least 18 months. 20.4. These deadlines cannot be automatically transferred for the separate sale of moving panels or buildings to the consumer to which Article 19 applies. 20.5. In the case of a removable defect, the customer has the right to a free remedy. In the event of irreversible, repeated or multiple defects, it has a discount or the right to withdraw from the contract according to the applicable legal conditions. 20.6. The defects must be notified in time and within the relevant legal deadlines. The possibility of advertising the building during the warranty period is not a reason to postpone the notification of the already detected defect. 20.7. When claiming the service to the consumer, the supplier shall immediately issue a written confirmation and specify the deadline for the removal of the defect, which, according to the Consumer Protection Act, cannot exceed 30 days from its output. 20.8. If a specific claim is subject to a special system of liability for defects of a building or other work, the relevant legislation shall be applied; this cannot overcome the obligations that result in that performance. 21. Consumer withdrawal when purchasing on a distance 21.1. This Article applies to contracts concluded on a distance or outside operating areas, where the consumer has the right to withdraw without indicating a reason under Law No. 108/2024 Z. z. 21.2. The deadline for withdrawal is 14 days. The goods flow from their receipt, service or digital content not delivered on the material carrier from the conclusion of the contract. 21.3. For a single order delivered separately, the start of the deadline is assessed according to the last delivery; for the goods of multiple parts according to the last part. For regular delivery of goods during the agreed period, the first delivery is crucial. 21.4.The contract for the delivery of goods may be withdrawn before it is taken over. 21.5. For law-defined unwanted visits or sales actions, the deadline is 30 days. If the consumer has not received the appropriate instruction, a legal extension of the period, which may reach another 12 months, shall apply. 21.6. The consumer may withdraw by a clear notification sent to info@grizzoni.sk or to the address of the headquarters. It may use the form in the Annex, but its use is not mandatory. The notification must be sent at the latest on the last day of the deadline. 21.7. For contracts concluded through the online interface, which are subject to the applicable legal obligation, the supplier shall also provide an electronic withdrawal function. Umiestnenie funkcie na webe: https://grizzoni.sk/odstupenie-od-zmluvy. The function must be clear and available throughout the relevant period. After its use, the customer receives a confirmation containing the notification and the date and time of its sending. 21.8. The consumer will return the goods within 14 days from the withdrawal, unless the supplier guarantees its withdrawal. In the case of dimensional goods, the parties agree on the practical way of transport. 21.9. The direct return costs shall be borne by the consumer if the right information on this obligation has been received in advance. In the case of goods not suitable for regular mail return, they will also receive information about the costs before ordering, or their reasonable estimate. If the supplier has failed to comply with the relevant information obligation, the costs shall not be charged to the consumer. 21.10. The supplier will return the received payments within 14 days from the delivery of the withdrawal, including the cost of the cheapest usual delivery method offered. In the case of the goods, under legal conditions, it may wait for its return or proof of shipping; this authorization does not have, if it has proposed the withdrawal. 21.11. Money is returned in the original payment method if the consumer does not agree with other means without additional costs. 21.12. The consumer is responsible for the reduction of the value caused by treatment exceeding the necessary familiarity with the properties and functionality. This does not apply if he has not been properly informed about the withdrawal. For the use of the right to withdrawal itself, no cancellation or administrative fee is charged. 21.13.The supplier shall not apply the prohibited unilateral counting of his claims against the consumer's claim to refund payments. 21.14. In special cases of sale outside the operating spaces, the legal rules for the collection of the size goods on the cost of the supplier and the right of the consumer to retain his refund, if such a right belongs to him, are also preserved. 22. Exceptions from withdrawal and different construction regime 22.1. The right to withdraw without reason shall not apply to the delivery of goods actually made according to the individual specifications of the consumer or to the extent to which the conditions of the legal exception are met. 22.2. The customer must be informed about this exemption before the conclusion of the contract. The label “on order” or the fact that the goods are not in stock automatically does not be sufficient for its use. 22.3. For the paid service, the right to withdrawal may end with its full provision if the provision began with the necessary explicit consent of the consumer and the consumer has been properly informed about the loss of the right after the full provision. 22.4. If the consumer, after the requested early start of the service, withdraws before the service is completed, he shall pay only the legally permissible proportional price of the actually provided performance. Without the necessary consent or instruction, the supplier does not charge the costs that the law forbidden to charge. 22.5. In the case of digital content delivered without a material carrier, the consumer may lose the right to withdrawal by starting delivery only if all legal conditions are met, including express consent, instructions and the relevant confirmation. 22.6. The consent to these VOPs does not replace the special consent to the earlier launch of the service or digital performance. 22.7. Special rules of consumer contracts concluded on a distance shall not apply to construction or other contracts to the extent to which it is excluded from their jurisdiction by § 14(6) of Law No. 108/2024 Z. z. The use of this exemption is assessed according to the specific subject of the contract; it does not automatically apply to each sale of panels or buildings. 22.8 Exceptions from withdrawal without reason do not withdraw the right to the customer in case of faults, delays or other violations of the contract. 22.9. Special legal protection for sales shares and unwanted visits remains preserved even where the law restricts the use of any of the aforementioned exceptions. 23. Termination of the work contract and accounting 23.1. The Contract may be terminated by agreement, withdrawal on a lawful or validly agreed basis, or otherly legally permissible way. 23.2. In the contract for the work, which is applied to § 642 of the Civil Code, the buyer may withdraw until the work is made. Work shall be charged, the result of which the supplier cannot use otherwise, and the purposely spent costs within the legal scope. 23.3.The supplier shall concrete and take into account the availability of the material, cancelled orders, savaged costs and other circumstances preventing duplicate payment. 23.4. It is not possible to automatically claim the whole price of the unfinished work or to leave the whole deposit without proof of a legal reason. 23.5. If it is threatened that the work will not be performed properly or timely, the customer has the rights under the applicable legislation including the possibility of withdrawal after wasted provision of a reasonable period for recovery, if required. 23.6. The supplier may withdraw, in particular, in the event of a serious failure to comply with the agreed obligations of the customer, if the legal or validly agreed conditions are met. Where additional deadline and notice is required, the supplier shall provide them. 23.7. At the end of the party, they will record the state of processing, construction security, transferred materials and mutual claims.
